Bishopsgate Financial has developed a wide network of ex-military contacts, as well as built partnerships with the Armed Services and a number of military charities generating a continuous stream of quality candidates.

Below are some of the organisations we have partnered or work with:

Bishopsgate Financial has signed a Corporate Covenant, a voluntary statement of support for the Armed Forces Community, which sets out the moral obligation between the Nation, the Government and the Armed Forces.

The Career Transition Partnership (CTP) is the official provider of Armed Forces resettlement. Up to 15,000 service personnel a year are referred to CTP for career transition. We are a registered CTP affiliate to allowing access to the talent pool.

The Veterans Employment Transition Support (VETS) programme, provides, end-to-end transition support, offering skills profiling, mentoring, CV and interview skills training, work experience, job opportunities and follows up with employment support for veterans who have secured full time employment. We are an official partner of the vets programme and provide a mentoring scheme.

Within the UK veteran community, The Officers' Association is committed to ensuring that former-officers and their dependants live with dignity and independence. OA handles over 7,000 queries and CV’s per year. We advertise on and recruit via the OA job board.

The aim of Royal Marines Charity is simply ‘Inspiring business to support Royal Marines in need’. It provides help to Royal Marines in need whilst they are serving and in transition to civilian life and beyond. We won the Sir Donald Gosling award for services to the charity (formerly the C-Group).

The Recovery Career Services helps those wounded, injured and sick service personnel who have the greatest need in finding a new, fulfilling career that plays their own individual needs and strengths, and assists them in moving on with their lives. We are an official RCS partner.

Walking With The Wounded‘s mission is to support all veterans with physical, mental or social injury to gain the skills and qualifications necessary to develop new careers outside the military, enabling them to re-integrate into society and provide long-term security for themselves and their families. We work closely to assist wounded find employment.
