Developing High Performing Teams
With many respondents to our research citing developing high-performing teams as a priority for this year, we have summarised a piece of research from our previous non-executive director, Dom Moorhouse.
The research sought to identify what truly motivates people at work. Using the ‘Team-to-Tribe (T3)’ model for assessing high-performing teams, the research examined the degree to which being a member of a high-performing team influenced individual motivation in relative comparison to other potential factors such as wages, contingent benefits and inherent traits.
